One of the most thrilling projects we worked on was the launch of the Gorillas app across seven key cities in Spain—Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Marbella, Málaga, and Mallorca. This initiative wasn’t just about expanding operations; it was about crafting localized, high-impact content tailored to each city.

At Alfred, we took on the challenge of coordinating five simultaneous productions, capturing stunning photography and video that resonated with local consumers. This content not only powered the launch but also became a crucial asset for future marketing efforts, including integration into the brand’s global app.

To boost visibility and drive downloads, we launched a high-energy activation tour in Madrid, distributing flyers with discount codes to encourage users to download the app. This on-the-ground engagement quickly gave Gorillas a strong foothold in key operational zones.

One of the standout moments? The exclusive partnership between Gorillas and world-renowned street artist Okuda San Miguel. At the La Latina store, a one-of-a-kind art piece was unveiled, and Alfred was at the helm of producing a compelling case study video that highlighted both the collaboration and the cultural significance of Okuda’s work. This video became a powerful tool in reinforcing Gorillas’ brand identity—bold, innovative, and deeply connected to creativity.

From localized production to high-impact brand activations and artistic collaborations, this project was a masterclass in strategic planning and creative execution, proving how the right mix of storytelling and marketing can take a brand to the next level.
